Open Settings, Fulfillment & integrations in Addora ↗Legacy combined mode uses one combined order for payment and the parcel. Split payment/shipment mode uses a payment order for the fee and a separate shipment order for the parcel. Original orders preserve the original purchases. Never pack from the split-mode payment copy.
Shipping Pending means items are held. Dispatching means shipment preparation has started; it does not prove the parcel has left. Billing Order is a configurable label for a payment/combined record, not a guarantee of a physical shipment. Shipped reflects fulfilled items.
Configure labels and tags in Settings, Fulfillment & integrations (in Addora ↗). Billing labels or billing tags do not prove an order is the physical shipment. In split mode, use the Shipment order tag for the separate shipment order and confirm the actual tagged record before creating an OMS or printer filter.
Use Addora packing slips to exclude billed portions from originals. Check Order tags for OMS when configuring another fulfillment tool.
