An order counts when the customer uses the Addora Ship Later shipping method at checkout. Regular Shopify orders that do not use Ship Later do not count toward Addora usage.
02Is Ship Later free shipping?
No. Ship Later means products are paid for now and shipping is charged later when the customer ships selected held orders together.
03What happens when Free reaches 10 orders?
Free has a hard monthly limit. After 10 Ship Later orders in the current period, new Ship Later processing stops until the next Free period or until you upgrade.
04What happens when a paid plan exceeds included orders?
Starter, Growth, and Scale keep processing Ship Later orders with per-order overage until the plan's monthly overage cap. If the cap is reached, Addora uses a grace flow before pausing Ship Later processing. Unlimited and Managed have no order limits and no overage fees.
05Do paid plans include a trial?
Starter, Growth, Scale, and Unlimited include a 30-day free trial for new subscriptions. Managed has no trial: billing starts after Shopify approval. Free has no trial because it is already $0.
06Do I need Shopify Plus?
Not for the core Ship Later workflow. The full checkout opt-in UI extension depends on Shopify Plus or checkout-extensibility access.
