    Choose the wording, colors and layout of pre-order information on product pages, product cards and in the cart. Preview expected dates, missing dates and sold-out items before saving.

    Pre-order badges that fit smaller product cards

    Product-card badges can now adapt to the space available, with compact spacing and shorter date labels for narrow cards. Preview small and large cards side by side.

    Give customer emails your store's look

    Set a shared logo, accent color and background style for reserved-item reminders and order updates. Preview both emails and send a test before using the new look.

    Upload your logo directly in Addora

    Choose a logo image from your computer for customer emails, without needing to host it elsewhere. You can still use an existing image link if you prefer.

  3. 03

    Print packing slips in one batch

    Select orders in Shopify and print packing slips for regular orders and Addora shipments together. Slips show product images and the items ready to be packed.

    Addora now speaks German, Spanish, and Dutch

    German, Spanish, and Dutch join English and French across the merchant app, setup guides, customer emails, storefront components, checkout messages, and Shopify customer accounts.

    Pre-order inventory is reserved when it is sold

    Shopify inventory for native pre-orders now updates at the time of sale instead of waiting until fulfillment, helping stores avoid overselling while items wait to ship.

    Compatible product-card and Quick Add forms now show a compact expected-date notice. Merchants can turn this card notice off without disabling the Pre-order button or purchase option.

    Held orders now live inside Shopify customer accounts

    Shoppers can see every held item right in their Shopify account, grouped by what is ready to ship, waiting to be released, dispatching, or already shipped, and can select items in their account before completing one Shopify checkout for shipping.

    Ship Later status across Shopify order pages

    The Shopify order list and order status pages now show clear held-order badges and plain-language status on every held order, from held to shipped, with a friendly nudge and shortcut the moment something is ready to ship.

    Choose where customers manage held orders

    Onboarding now offers a clear choice between the new customer account page and the storefront page, detects which customer account version the store runs, recommends the right option, and confirms automatically once the page is live.

    Smarter order update emails

    The automatic emails customers get when held items become available or a release date changes got a round of polish: several changes to the same order are now combined into a single email, cleared release dates get their own friendly wording, and the message makes extra clear that the customer chooses when their items ship.

    When a customer requests a new combined shipment, any older unpaid shipping invoice for the same items is now cleaned up automatically, and abandoned invoices expire on their own, so customers only ever see one open payment link for their shipment.

    Name your Ship Later option anything, in any language

    The "(Addora)" marker in the shipping method name is now optional. Stores can give the Ship Later option their own names (now available on every plan), and built-in checks warn right away if a name is too generic or too close to another shipping option.

    Pre-order release dates that just work

    Pre-order items now release automatically on their planned date without any extra product setup. Addora keeps track of each release date itself and releases held items the moment the day arrives.

    Cancelled and refunded orders handled automatically

    Orders that get cancelled, refunded, or edited are now picked up right away and removed from pending lists, customer reminders, and analytics, so reports stay accurate and shoppers never get emails about orders that no longer exist.

    Shipping fee breakdowns and customer order pages now consistently show amounts in the currency the shopper actually paid in, including on multi-currency stores.

    Shipping fee and discount conditions can now target specific destination countries, so stores can offer free shipping at home while charging fair rates abroad. Amounts are entered once in the store currency and converted to each buyer's currency automatically at checkout.

    Customers combining held orders can no longer complete checkout with the free Ship Later option selected, on every Shopify plan, so the shipment checkout uses the store’s delivery rates and discounts, including valid free-shipping offers.

    The storefront held orders page no longer clashes with theme styles that used similar names, so it renders correctly on many more themes, and the checkout opt-in prompt now behaves consistently through the whole checkout.
