Open Operations, Customer emails in Addora ↗The Customer emails log gives you a record of every reminder and order update email Addora has sent from your store. It is useful for confirming that a customer was contacted, checking whether an email was delivered, and reviewing overall engagement.
Where to find it
Go to Operations in Addora, then open the Customer emails tab. You can also reach it directly at /operations/reminders (in Addora ↗).
Summary totals
At the top of the log you will see summary stat cards covering all emails sent from your store:
- Total sent: the total number of emails Addora has attempted.
- Delivered: how many reached the customer's mail provider successfully.
- Opened: how many were opened by the customer.
- Clicked: how many resulted in a click on the email button.
- Bounced: emails that were permanently rejected by the recipient's mail provider.
- Complained: emails where the recipient marked the message as spam.
- Failed: emails that could not be sent due to a technical issue.
The email table
Below the totals, a paginated table lists each individual email. Columns include the customer name, the email type (reminder or order update), how many orders were held at the time, the status, and timestamps for when the email was sent, delivered, opened, and clicked. You can filter by status to focus on failed or bounced emails.
Going to email settings from the log
The Email automation settings button at the top of the log takes you directly to Settings, Customer experience (in Addora ↗) where you can turn reminders and update emails on or off and edit their wording.
For more on each email type, see Reminder emails for waiting items and Order update emails. For help when an email did not arrive, see A customer email did not arrive.
