Keep Addora open beside this guide.

Links marked “in Addora” open the matching screen in your Shopify admin. Sign in and choose your store if Shopify asks.

Shopify may ask you to reconnect Addora when the app's access to your store is no longer valid. This can happen after an access change or account security update. Reconnecting restores the same store and settings; it does not create a new Addora account.

What to do

  1. Follow the reconnect or authorisation page Addora opens.
  2. Confirm you are signing in to the correct Shopify store.
  3. Review and approve the requested access.
  4. Return to Addora and refresh the page.

What happens while access is unavailable

Pages that need current Shopify information may not load, and Addora may be unable to receive or update order details until access is restored. Reconnect as soon as practical, then check Operations (in Addora ↗) and Diagnostics (in Addora ↗) for anything that still needs attention.

If the reconnect page keeps returning

Refresh Shopify Admin, open Addora again from the Apps menu and try once more. If you still return to the same prompt, contact support with your store domain and the wording shown on the page.
