Links marked “in Addora” open the matching screen in your Shopify admin. Sign in and choose your store if Shopify asks.
Open Operations, Orders in Addora ↗Click any order row in Operations (in Addora ↗) to open the order drawer. The drawer gives you the full picture for that one order and lets you act on individual items. Everything you change here applies only to this order, not to every order containing the same product.
Header section
At the top of the drawer you see the order number, the customer's name or email, the state badge, the order creation date, and the order total. For pending orders, two buttons appear: Remove from Addora and Update shipping credit. If a shipping credit was collected at checkout, the amount and its policy are shown here too.
Line items
Each product in the order appears as a card with the product image, title, variant, quantity, SKU, and price. Underneath the product details you see one or more status rows (one per held portion of that item).
Each status row shows a readiness badge, the quantity it covers, and (if the item is still held) the reason it is held, such as the product being a preorder awaiting stock. If a release date has been set, it appears here too. A "State changed automatically" warning badge appears if Addora updated the item's status and wants you to review it.
Per-item action buttons
Below the status information for each held portion you see action buttons. The available buttons depend on the current status of that portion.
- Mark ready: appears when the item is held. Makes it available for the customer to add to a shipment; it does not ship automatically. On items with more than one unit it first asks how many units to mark ready, so you can make some available now and keep the rest held.
- Hold: appears when the item is ready. Puts it back on hold.
- Set release date or Edit release date: appears when the item is held. Opens a date picker so you can schedule when this item becomes ready automatically. See Mark items ready, hold, or set a date for details.
Other pending orders from this customer
A collapsible section shows how many other pending orders this customer has, their total value, and their total item count. Each sibling order is listed with its state badge and date. Press Open next to any sibling to switch to it inside the same drawer without closing.
Audit log
A collapsible Audit log section lists every status change for held items in this order. Each entry shows the previous and new status, the timestamp, the source of the change (for example, a release date being reached, or a manual action), and who made it.
View in Shopify admin
Press View in Shopify admin at the bottom of the drawer to open the order in Shopify's native order page, where you can manage refunds, edit details, or view the full timeline.
