Links marked “in Addora” open the matching screen in your Shopify admin. Sign in and choose your store if Shopify asks.
Open Settings, Ship Later in Addora ↗By default, Addora adds (Addora) to the Ship Later name. That small marker is the simplest way to recognise Ship Later orders in every language. Marker-free mode removes it and matches the exact names you choose instead.
Choose the right detection option
- Maximum compatibility keeps the small marker. Choose this if your store uses one checkout language or you want the lowest-maintenance option.
- Marker-free removes the marker and lets you enter a Ship Later name for each published storefront language. Choose this when the clean name or multilingual checkout matters more to you.
Switch to marker-free mode
- Open Settings, Ship Later (in Addora ↗).
- Under How Addora detects the Ship Later option, choose Marker-free.
- Enter a distinctive Ship Later name for every language shown.
- Save and resolve any warning before testing checkout.
When you add a language or rename the option
Return to this setting whenever you publish another storefront language or change a Ship Later name. Add the new name, save, and place a test order in that language. A name that is missing or different at checkout may prevent the order entering the Ship Later flow.
Remove duplicate methods if Addora finds them
A reinstall can sometimes leave an older Ship Later (Addora) method in your delivery settings. If Addora shows a duplicate-method warning, use the offered cleanup action. It removes the leftover copy without changing the current Ship Later option you configured.
Update the order confirmation email
- Open the email template assistant (in Addora ↗) after switching modes, changing a name or adding a language.
- Copy the updated code into Shopify's Order confirmation template.
- Send a test for every checkout language you use.
Finish by placing one normal order and one Ship Later order. Confirm the normal order stays normal, the Ship Later order appears in Operations (in Addora ↗), and both confirmation emails have the right wording.
