Links marked “in Addora” open the matching screen in your Shopify admin. Sign in and choose your store if Shopify asks.
Open Settings, Pre-orders in Addora ↗The Products tab gives you a single place to see every product's classification and release date, and to update many products at once without going into Shopify admin. Open it at Settings, Pre-orders (in Addora ↗).

Browsing the list
Three views let you focus on what you need: Pre-orders shows only pre-order products, Supplier orders shows only supplier items, and All products shows everything. Use the search box to filter by product title. Products load 25 at a time. Click Load more to see the next page.
Each row shows the product image, name, variant count, a classification badge (Pre-order, Supplier order, or In stock), how the product was classified (for example, by a tag or by a product field), and the current release date if one is set.
Marking or removing one product
- To add a product to pre-orders or supplier items: click Mark as pre-order or Mark as supplier on an in-stock product row. Addora adds the appropriate tag or updates the product field, depending on what you have configured in Setup.
- To remove a product: choose Remove pre-order or Remove supplier. The update follows the configured classification source; manual selections do not require inventing a Shopify tag. Existing held orders reconcile asynchronously and retain applicable order-level overrides.
Updating many products at once
- Tick the checkbox next to each product you want to update. Use the Select all on this page checkbox at the top to select the whole current page.
- A bulk action bar appears showing how many products are selected and which actions are available.
- Click the action you want, for example Mark as pre-order or Remove supplier.
- A confirmation prompt tells you how many products will be changed. Confirm to start the update.
- A progress bar tracks the update as it runs. Each product takes one call to Shopify, so larger batches take a few moments. You do not need to stay on the page.
Date changes are reconciled asynchronously in the store time zone. Product-level changes preserve manually pinned order dates and supplier stock-confirmation rules. A native preorder promise may impose a later minimum date. Check the affected order after processing rather than assuming an immediate update or guaranteed email.
Mark ready or record a partial arrival
Ready means available for shipment selection, not dispatched. Order-drawer actions affect that order only. Product Mark ready can update all affected purchases; quantity arrivals allocate only the received variant units to the oldest eligible purchases. Remaining units stay held, and product-wide and pinned order-date rules remain distinct.
Use the product/variant Mark ready action for all eligible held demand, or enter Quantity received for a partial delivery. Received units are allocated to the oldest eligible purchases; they do not change Shopify inventory. Review the confirmation, affected counts and remaining held quantities. An order-drawer action affects only that order; product actions can affect several customers.
