Links marked “in Addora” open the matching screen in your Shopify admin. Sign in and choose your store if Shopify asks.
Open Settings, Ship Later in Addora ↗The final delivery total can include an eligible Shopify shipping rate plus Addora fee lines, less applicable discounts and available shipping credit. A zero Addora base fee does not guarantee free delivery. The estimate can be unavailable when address, currency or rate information is missing; checkout confirms the final amount.
Separate the two checkouts
At the first checkout, the customer pays for the products and Ship Later has a zero delivery rate. At the later shipping checkout, physical product lines already paid for are zero-priced; the customer pays the final delivery rate and applicable fee lines. Keep the original Ship Later delivery rate at zero.
Inspect the actual charge
Compare the selected Shopify delivery method, Addora fee lines, matching discounts and eligible shipping credit. Standard alternative rates in the same zone are expected; do not delete them simply because Ship Later is also offered. For a multi-profile or market cart, inspect the combined delivery groups and coverage.
Prior shipping paid on an eligible managed source order can provide credit, limited by its remaining ledger balance and the later charge. Unresolved credit is not a promised refund. If the figures disagree, send support the original and shipping order references and the displayed breakdown.
