Open Operations, Orders in Addora ↗

Occasionally a customer places a separate order through your store that should ship together with a delayed item they already have on hold. The Add to Addora panel lets you bring that normal order into Addora so everything goes out in one shipment.

When to use this

Use Add to Addora when a customer has an existing ship-later order in Addora and then places a second, regular order that you want to hold until the first is ready to ship. Both orders will then be treated as part of the same delivery.

Opening the panel

Press the Add to Addora button above the order list in Operations (in Addora ↗). The panel expands below the button. Press Hide add panel to close it again.

Choosing an order from the list

The panel automatically loads recent eligible paid orders into a table with columns for Order, Customer, Placed date, Status, and an action button. Press Load more to browse older eligible orders.

Searching for an order

Search by Shopify order number, customer name, email, SKU, or Shopify order link and press Search. Select the result and press Add to Addora.

Completing the add

Either path opens the Ship Later eligibility modal. Confirm the details and complete the flow. The order is then added to Addora, its remaining shippable items are held, and it appears in the Operations order list alongside the customer's other pending orders.
