These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Addora (“Service”), operated by Addora Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Addora provides software tools that enable merchants to offer order consolidation and delayed shipping functionality within their online store.

We act as a technology provider and do not:

• Sell products to end customers
• Process merchant payments directly
• Fulfil or ship physical goods
• Control merchant inventory

Merchants remain solely responsible for their store operations and transactions.

2. Merchant Responsibility

Merchants who install and use Addora are responsible for:

• Accurate configuration of shipping rules
• Clear communication of shipping terms to customers
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Handling customer disputes related to orders and fulfilment

We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect configuration of the Service.

3. No Guarantee of Performance

While we strive to maintain high reliability, the Service is provided:

“As is” and “As available”

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous uptime
• Error-free operation
• Compatibility with all themes or third-party apps
• Specific business results

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Addora shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the merchant to us in the previous 12 months.

This clause is critical for protection.

5. Indemnification

Merchants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Addora from:

• Claims arising from merchant use of the Service
• Customer disputes related to shipping or orders
• Violations of law by the merchant
• Data misuse caused by merchant configuration

This shifts operational risk back to the merchant.

6. Data Usage

We collect and process data necessary to:

• Operate the Service
• Process shipping logic
• Improve product performance

We do not sell merchant customer data.

7. Subscription & Payments

If applicable:

• Subscription fees are recurring
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• Merchants must maintain valid payment details

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify features
• Add or remove functionality
• Update pricing
• Suspend service for maintenance

Without prior notice where necessary.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• Terms are violated
• Fraud or abuse is detected
• Payment fails

Merchants may uninstall the app at any time.
